Elizabeth Warren: Is this woman Native American?
This is not new. If one of your parents is part Native American or full NA and one is white then you are a white person. You can also claim minority status if you can prove you have so much NA blood and it is documented somehow. I had a friend once you actually had long blond hair, and a squarish nose and looks like Warren. Her mother was half Cherokee or something and her dad was white. They were white people but she could have claimed NA status if she wanted or her mother since she was fully one fourth NA. Now if her mom had been black and NA she would be black unless she looked white, confused? Race is real.
Massachusetts senate hopeful Elizabeth Warren described herself in law-school professional directories as a Native American minority from 1986 to 1995.
The white Democratic candidate has so far offered no evidence that she is, in fact, part Native American, suggesting that she may have falsified that ethnic credential to advance her academic career in the early affirmative-action era. But “it is true,” a Warren spokeswoman told The Daily Caller on Monday, “and we’re working on digging up some sort of evidence to appease you.”
