Black Sofitel Maid faces Buzz Saw
Maid Will Testify
The maid who accused Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexual assault will testify against him, though her lawyer says she is “scared.” Jeffrey Shapiro said, “There was nothing consensual about what took place in that hotel room.” He also says that the 32-year-old woman did not learn Strauss-Kahn’s identity until the day after the incident, and quickly became scared for herself and her daughter. After the incident, she tried to return to her apartment in the Bronx, which was surrounded by about 30 people waiting outside. She and her daughter have since been reunited in a “safe place.” The woman arrived in the United States seven years ago from the West African state of Guinea. She had been working at the Sofitel hotel for the past three years. http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/2011-05-16/dominique-stauss-kahn-to-be-arraigned-monday-in-new-york/?cid=hp:mainpromo1 source
