Casey Anthony free as a (Jail) bird leaves amid calls of “baby killer!”

I don’t know how far her freedom will take her but Casey Anthony after killing, dumping the body and lying to the whole world of policedom has walked out of jail a “free” woman.  But the crowd outside was hollering “killer” and hating on her big time.

Will some media buy her interview?  Let’s boycott that too. I wrote my article “The summer of skull and bones” and predicted she would be found guilty.  I was wrong about that verdict, but really was I? Were the other legal observers who predicted some guilt on the major charges? I think we got it right and the jury got it wrong.  Oh that’s wrong we are supposed to BELIEVE in our legal system that justice is blind.  Hell it’s not blind it’s fixed!!!!!

Meaning of "trough" -- Trough is the bottom of a transverse wave. And generically means a low point or a place to fill. Venus is related to this meaning. Veins are to be filled, and venusian people are loving. The left is more venusian than the right, hence The Trough--where Heloise helps the great and the small. 1. We are the only living organisms on the face of this planet arrogant enough to think it is us who decides what justice is but it doesn’t work that way. Justice isn’t blind. Justice isn’t fixed. Justice is! That’s all, nothing more, nothing less. If justice was ours to create, well, lets just say that never again would we be able to be all comfy, sitting in front of a computer blogging, in some air conditioned dwelling while countless other beautiful human beings died of hunger tonight. That’s not justice.==== And along those lines, jury verdicts, by definition, cannot be neither wrong nor right, it just IS the jury’s verdict. Caylee wasn’t even murdered – that we know of. At the same time, if Caylee would have died by choking on a Pez candy, we would not have known, As a parting gift, let me tell you that you don;t have to believe in our system at all – it will continue to function with, or with out, our belief in it

    • A crime was committed there is no justice in that other than the what reason this child will be reborn right away. That’s the good news for caylee. The death of her child could shorten casey’s life but she may not have a real soul who knows.

  2. The people, the media, everyone needs to get a grip, use the laws of logic and nothing else. A defendant can of course, waive their right to a trial by jury and request a trial by judge but if they go the way of this country’s legal system – English Law is the basis of the common law legal system used in the US – the jurors SHOULD EXPECT a defendant to be proven guilty (vie a vie, the evidence gathered by the state) because up until that very moment, a defendant is innocent, period. That is the way that our legal justice system was designed and works. As Casey sat in that courtroom while the proceedings went on, she sat there, as an innocent person. We the people, SHOULD EXPECT a jury, not to find a defendant guilty unless he or she were proven guilty. This was not even a murder trial as Cause of Death, was never even established. If, by all scientific methods, the fact that Caylee was murdered could not be established, you can’t jump from A to Z and convict someone for murder when in fact, for all intents and purposes, Caylee was not murdered. Forensic evidence was not ignored, it did not exist. At the end of the day, this system works exactly how it was designed to work, I guess we the people, rather than execute an innocent person, would rather let a guilty one walk. In the grand scheme of cultures and civilization, our legal system makes us better

  3. Oops the first sentence should read that the only justice for caylee is that she will be reborn rapidly.

  4. I agree to that. As far as this world goes, it was “case closed” for Caylee the moment she died and any and all gestures on behalf of justice for Caylee are vengeance based and are of no consequence to Caylee.

“Everyone who loses somebody wants revenge, on God if they can’t find anyone else. But in Africa, in Matobo, the Ku believe that the only way to end grief is to save a life. If someone is murdered, a year of mourning ends with a ritual that we call the Drowning Man Trial. There’s an all-night party beside a river. At dawn, the killer is put in a boat. He’s taken out on the water and he’s dropped. He’s bound so that he can’t swim. The family of the dead then has to choose. They can let him drown or they can save him. The Ku believe that if the family lets the killer drown, they’ll have justice but spend the rest of their lives in mourning. But if they save him, if they admit that life isn’t always just… that very act can take away their sorrow.” = The Interpreter

In what we call “modern” society, doesn’t this elaborate ritual display a higher sense of understanding then what all the school books, have been able to teach us? We are more attracted to the “tit-for-tat” approach, or if we are mighty enough, “bomb-for-brick” approach… but this ancient tribe has understood the meaning of life and the essence of harmony in compromise. Yes, life is not fair to many of us. But is it fair to anyone at all? Maybe we can’t be Gandhi in today’s world, but if we as individuals practice tolerance to a greater degree maybe life around the world would be more peaceful. I am a man that believes in love and forgiveness like no other I’ve ever known. I hope these words convey to you, what I hope they do. 🙂

    • I studied African culture and religion for my master’s thesis and some groups have a strong belief in the ancestors in that the rebirth happens within the same family the person left. But they still have a strong belief in revenge despite the belief that the dead person will return as one of their children this is also why they have the highest birth rate in the world, surpasses India even. They have no qualms about having kids in Africa anyway. It’s all about the pregnancy and marriage as we know it is more like polygamy which was brought to these shores and now impacts all races with out of wedlock births. It was bound to happen at first blacks did nuclear family but when it fell apart with racism and the economy they reverted back to their old African ways of polygamy and having babies with as many women as possible making it impossible to support or marry or choose just one.

That’s the black contribution to this country….well one of them anyway.
